Retaining Years Charges Per Month
1 Year Rs. 50 + Taxes
1 Year and 6 Months Rs. 75 + Taxes
2 Years Rs. 100 + Taxes


5. Can I use my mobile while using this facility?
Yes, you will get all the features of a current prepaid subscriber.
6. How can I get my number retained?
  • Visit the nearest branch
  • Incase if the subscriber is unable to visit a Mobitel outlet, subscriber need to submit a letter requesting to retain the mobile number enclosing the copy of NIC.
7. What are the conditions for this solution?
  • Prepaid users are allowed to retain maximum of two mobile numbers under his or her National Identity card.
  • Retention fee is requested to be reloaded to subscribers account and will be deducted at once and at the time of enabling facility.
  • On completion of the retaining years, mobile number will be automatically entered into the standard life cycle.
