This promotion allows Mobitel customers to continue enjoying the full benefits of their preferred package after it has expired between 11th – 17th of April 2025. Even if a customer is unable to top up or renew their package, they can still access the same features and benefits by activating a loan for a limited period. This ensures uninterrupted service, allowing customers to enjoy the benefits of their original package while they recharge or renew their account.

6. What is the grace period given to the customer to settle the high value loan package?

  • Repayment period: The customer has 5 days from the loan activation to fully repay the loan and service charges + taxes.
  • • If not settled within 5 days, the customer’s account will be suspended, and they will not be able to use the benefits given on the high value loan package until the loan value and service charges + taxes are fully settled.
