Mobitel introduces Nokia 105 Features Sinhala and Tamil language support

Monday, 09 September 2013, Colombo: The National Mobile Service Provider Sri Lanka Telecom Mobitel today announced its strategic partnership with The Nokia Corporation to provide a tailor made package for the new Nokia 105 mobile device.
 
Nokia 105 is the latest addition to an extensive mobile phone portfolio and its first ULCH (Ultra Low Cost Handset) sporting a price tag of Rs 2,990/- , making it the lowest cost Nokia phone ever. This ‘Good looking, long lasting’ handset is sure to be a hit in the local market with its easy to use interface and an unbeatable battery standby time that lasts up to an impressive 35 days. Key features include a dust proof key mat made to suit tropical climates, 1.45” colour screen and entertainment features such as FM radio, preloaded games, a speaking clock and flashlight. The phone also comes with Sinhala and Tamil keypad options. Nokia also features a one-to-one replacement guarantee on the phone. This includes a 1 year warranty on the Nokia 105, while a 6 month guarantee is on offer for related accessories.
 
Mobitel will add value to the Nokia 105 with a special pre-paid package that offers a bundle of 30 free Mobitel-to-Mobitel minutes, 1 mTune free for a month and 150 Mobitel-to-Mobitel SMSs will be offered [conditions apply]. Every Nokia 105 device purchased will contain a Mobitel SIM with these benefits included.
