How does this service operate?

Once you dial 707 from your Mobitel phone you will be connected to a call center agent. Based on the urgency of your requirement, you will be charged an advance fee. The following structure indicates the pricing:

Yes you can. The technician will first request for your address. He will then confirm if the Visiting Service can be offered, based on the city that you are residing in. If the technician visits your home, please note that you may be asked for an additional service charge depending on replacements and repairs that need to be carried out.
Will I incur any more charges once the fault repaired?
Yes. The applicable charges for the job depend on the nature of the breakdown and the technician will only be able to determine this after it has been repaired. On completion of the job, the technician will hand over a receipt containing a detailed job description and the relevant charges along with a customer feedback form for evaluation purposes.
