How do I qualify for the COMBANK-Mobitel Data+ Credit Card?
You will have to be at least 18 years of age. Minimum income requirement is Rs.30,000 (gross) per month and an active Mobitel connection (either pre-paid or postpaid) under the card holder’s name.

How do I Apply for the Supplementary COMBANK-Mobitel Data+ Credit Card?
Supplementary card can be applied by filling the supplementary part of the application at the same time primary apply for the card.
I already have a COMBANK-Mobitel Data+ Credit Card and now I need a supplementary card. How do I apply for a one?
There is no separate application for the supplementary card. Sup card holder can fill the supplementary part of the application and handover the application with NIC copy.
I already have a Commercial Bank credit card. How do I get a COMBANK-Mobitel Data+ Credit Card?

Yes, you can withdraw cash from the card. You can obtain a cash advance from your credit card by withdrawing from any of Combank ATM and other bank ATMs which display “cirrus” or “PLUS” logos in Sri Lanka as well as in overseas. Cash advance is subject to a Cash advance fee of 3.5% or minimum of Rs.200/- and limited to a maximum of 75% of your permanent credit card limit. Your temporary Credit Card PIN would be delivered to your primary Mobitel number at the time of collecting your card.

Please change your temporary Credit Card PIN at any Commercial Bank ATM through accessing the PIN change option in the ATM menu and set a new 4-digit PIN of your choice.
