6. How can I get my number retained?

Visit the nearest branch

Incase if the subscriber is unable to visit a Mobitel outlet, subscriber need to submit a letter requesting to retain the mobile number enclosing the copy of NIC.
7. What are the conditions for this solution?

Prepaid users are allowed to retain maximum of two mobile numbers under his or her National Identity card.

Retention fee is requested to be reloaded to subscribers account and will be deducted at once and at the time of enabling facility.

On completion of the retaining years, mobile number will be automatically entered into the standard life cycle.
