Mobitel Mobile Broadband Terms & Conditions

  • Data usage will be counted in Megabytes (MB) and includes both uploads and downloads.
  • The speeds defined in the plans are the maximum data transfer speeds (both for Downlink and Uplink) that a subscriber is entitled to. However, the actual data transfer speed a subscriber experiences may vary subject to the device and application being used, and the network traffic at the time of access.
  • The free bundle of data included in High Speed Internet Plans is for local usage only. For foreign usage, the rates of the network in which the subscriber presently roams will apply.
  • Mobitel Mobile Broadband services will be limited to the areas covered by the Mobitel Mobile Broadband. Thus for technical and commercial reasons, the services may not be available in certain towns and villages.
  • While Mobitel will take all precautions to ensure a smooth service, due to technical or natural causes beyond Mobitel's Control, Mobitel Mobile Broadband will not be responsible for any interruption, disruption to or deterioration in the quality, reliability or accuracy of the High Speed Internet service or any technical issue that may arise from or in relation to any BroadBand device or hardware that customer may have connected to the device.
  • All devices provided to customers by Mobitel Mobile Broadband are covered under and subject to the terms of warranty from the relevant manufacturers. Mobitel Mobile Broadband is not responsible for any defects of the device due to manufacturer's or customer's fault and if applicable, any hardware which customers may have connected to the Device.
  • Usage charges may vary on your statement from usage shown by any software programs as it is only an indication of your usage and not the actual amount chargeable.
  • Mobitel Mobile Broadband users may request a detailed bill on their usage, and the details provided will be limited to the duration and the data volume.

  • Mobitel Mobile Broadband shall not be liable for any costs, loss or damage (whether direct or indirect), or for loss of revenue, loss of profits or any consequential loss whatsoever as a result of your using the Mobitel Mobile Broadband service.
  • Mobitel general terms and conditions for the provision of services shall apply to this contract. In cases of inconsistencies, the above terms shall prevail.
