Multiple activations?
Yes, any number of multiple activations allowed for Daily Plans.
Multiple activations of the same plan?
Yes. The customer can activate any number of activations from a same value.
What is the multiple Daily Plan activation order?
When a customer has subscribed to multiple Daily Plans, the activations will be completed in a lowest rental to highest rental basis. When the credit balance gets insufficient halfway through the activation, the rest of Daily Plans will not get activated. But once the customer recharges a sufficient amount within the particular day, those plans will get activated immediately.
If the customer recharges after two or more days?
When the customer recharges a sufficient amount to activate the daily renewable plans after two or more days, the rental or tax will not be deducted from the credit balance for previous days. Instead, the rental+tax will be deducted for the particular day when a recharge is done.
What is the consumption priority of Daily Plans?
In normal scenarios, Daily Plans are the highest in consumption priority.
What happens to the night time bundle if a customer activates a daily plan in the middle of the day?
The first bundle activation is valid for 24 hours. (Ex: If the customer subscribes to the Daily Plans at 10.am the bundle will expire at 10.am next day) From the very first day of subscription, the bundles will be renewed at 12.00am every day. The same routine will be applied when the customer recharges after a low credit balance.
