What are prepaid internet plans?

Pre-Paid internet plans consist of 10 fabulous free data add on plans for all Pre-Paid customers

Free Late night bundle (MB)(00:00-09:00) : 1822 MB
Validity Period : 30 days
Excess Usage Charge on Data – Within Validity Period (Rs.) : 0.20 / MB
Excess Usage Charge on Data – After the Validity Period : As per the applicable pkg. base rate
Connection Fee (Rs.) : -
Pre-Paid Internet Plan - : D299
SMS activation - : SMS D299 to 7678
Reload activation - : Reload Rs. 299
Recharge card activation - : Rs. 299 Pre-Paid internet card
USSD activation Dial - : Dial #170#
Web activation - : Click Here and reload the denomination of the plan using credit card
What are the special features of these new prepaid internet plans?
The 2 data bundle (Day time & Late night) allocated for each plan and it’s usages will act independently . In other words
 
Eg. If you opt in for Rs. 399 plan he should receive the following;
 
Free Day Bundle (GB) (09:00-00:00) - 2 GB
 
Free Late night bundle (GB)(00:00-09:00) - 2.5 GB
 
Further if incase the Free Day Bundle (09:00-00:00)- 2 GB is exhausted whilst 2.5GB from the late night bundle is remaining he will not be able to use the Free Day Bundle but will be able to use only the Free Late night bundle
 
Can I activate multiple prepaid internet plans simultaneously?
 
Yes. you can activate any multiples of the old & new prepaid plans simultaneously.
 
Thereby the bundles shall act independently where the bundle entitlements, usage updates & expiry dates would be independent from one another
 
How can I know if the bundle has been activated accurately?
 
You will receive an acknowledgement SMS stating that the respective plan is now activated.
 
How can I check my available data balance and entitlements?
 
By typing an SMS “DB” to 7678 or by dialing #170# and selecting “Balance query”.
 
The following SMS shall be received via the above methods;
 
“Free data
 
00:00-08:59– 3.50 GB
 
09:00-23.59– 3.50 GB
 
Expires on xxxxxx. Part of your Bundle will expire based on the validity of activated individual plans”
 
Incase you activate multiple package combinations between the existing plans (D5, D29, D49, D99, D199, D299, D399, D699, D999 and D1999);
 
Two SMS’s will be sent separately for the D5, D 29, D49, D99 ,D199, D299, D399, D699, D999 and D1999 as  shown as follows;
 
Eg- customer with D29, D49, D699 & D399-
 
SMS 1;
 
“Your free 300 MB Expires on xxxxxx, Part of your Bundle will expire based on the validity of activated individual plans”
 
SMS 2;
 
“Your free BAL Bundle As at 05/08/2013 05:46:41
 
00:00-08:59 – 6.50 GB
 
09:00-23.59 – 6.00 GB
 
Expires on xxxxxx”
 
“Free data
 
00:00-08:59– 6.50 GB
 
09:00-23.59– 6.00 GB
 
Expires on xxxxxx. Part of your Bundle will expire based on the validity of activated individual plans
 
How will I know if the free data bundles are exhausted?
 
The following SMSs will be sent to the customer once the bundles are exhausted;
 
1) Free Bundle (GB) (09:00-23:59)
 
“Dear Customer you have used 100% from your 09:00-23:59XX GB free bundle”
 
2) Free Late night bundle (GB) (00:00-09:00)
 
“Dear Customer you have used 100% from your 00:00-08:59 XX GB free bundle”
